Shipping Policy
Glee and Joy (“we”, “us”) is the operator of this website. By placing an order through our website you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to set clear expectations and ensure transparency. All orders are fulfilled and delivered by trusted third-party suppliers using UK courier services such as Yodel, Evri and Royal Mail.
As we approach the busy festive period, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and courier network pressures. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays during peak periods are outside of Glee and Joy’s direct control and are not reflective of our service standards.
Shipping Costs
We offer FREE UK standard shipping on all orders.
Processing & Delivery - applies to any orders made on or after Sunday 7th December 2025 (Christmas PJ's)
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. UK standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. During peak periods, including Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to factors such as courier delays, logistics capacity, or customs clearance where applicable.
Dispatch
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We take reasonable steps to keep any delays to a minimum.
Delivery Address Changes
Delivery address changes can be made before an order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
P.O. Boxes
We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services only. Courier delivery is not available to these locations.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be cancelled and refunded and the remainder of the order will be dispatched where applicable.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your order via the courier.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier. Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier investigation is complete. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for further guidance.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, our refund policy will apply.
