Refund policy

Returns Policy (Pyjamas Ordered Online Only)

We sell pyjamas online only, and we want you to be happy with what you receive. Please read the details below carefully before placing your order.

1. 30-day returns for faults or mistakes

You have 30 days from receiving your pyjamas to request a return if:

  • the item is faulty, or

  • the item is damaged on arrival, or

  • we have sent the wrong item.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us promptly if there is an issue so we can assess and, where appropriate, put things right.


2. Hygiene seals, packaging seals & change-of-mind returns

Our pyjamas are personal clothing items and, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened, unsealed, or worn.

Accordingly:

  • Pyjamas are supplied in sealed packaging, including hygiene and/or protective seals.

  • Removing, breaking, or opening any seal (including hygiene, packaging, or protective seals) voids the cancellation right under distance-selling rules.

We therefore cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference once any seal has been removed.

If you intend to return your pyjamas under your cancellation rights, they must be:

  • unopened

  • hygiene seal intact

  • packaging seal intact

  • unworn and unused, with all tags attached

  • returned in the original packaging

This does not affect your statutory rights if the pyjamas are faulty or we have supplied an incorrect item.


3. Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, pyjamas must be:

  • in the same condition as received

  • unworn and unused (not even tried on for size)

  • with all tags attached

  • in the original packaging

  • with all seals intact

Proof of purchase is required.


4. How to start a return

Please email info@gleeandjoy.co with your order number and the reason for return.

If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item or size, please return the eligible sealed item first (in line with this policy), then place a new order.


6. Sale items

Unless faulty or supplied incorrectly, sale or discounted pyjamas are non-returnable.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or refused.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@gleeandjoy.co.


8. Delivery times, events & late arrivals

Please note that we do not offer refunds for orders that arrive late for a specific event, including (but not limited to) Christmas, birthdays, parties, photo shoots, holidays, or family occasions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, peak seasonal demand, weather conditions, customs delays, or factors outside our control.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to order in good time for any planned event.

Orders will not be refunded solely because they arrive later than expected or later than required for an event, provided the items are delivered as ordered and are not faulty.

If your event date is critical, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance or contacting us before placing your order to discuss expected dispatch times.
